01 / How we work
Five steps, none of them rushed
An AI project in a company requires a structured and rigorous approach. The method is the same for every module, and it's what makes a fixed price and a fixed delivery date possible.

Diagnostic
We look at the data you have and where the fastest payback is. You get a report, a roadmap and a fixed quote. If you don't go ahead, the report is yours to keep.

Scope sheet
What is in, what is out, the limits, and what your team has to provide. Signed by both sides before the first line of code is written.

Delivery
Fixed date, at most five weeks per module. Halfway through there is a version running on real data, so what doesn't fit gets corrected early.

Training and 30 days of adjustments
The team uses the system with us alongside. What doesn't work in practice is fixed within the price, with no argument about scope.

Maintenance
Hosting, updates, monitoring and support, monthly. The system is not left orphaned after delivery.

What stands behind each number

Fixed price, fixed scope
Every module has a scope sheet with what it includes, what it excludes, the input limits and what your company has to provide. In the modules that need it, connecting to the ERP and the tools you already run is included in the price, with the systems to connect named in that sheet. Changes are quoted before they are made, never invoiced afterwards.

Payment
50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Maintenance is invoiced monthly from delivery.

Backoffice and data
The backoffice is licensed for use. The data and knowledge your company puts into it are yours, and exportable at any time.

Where the models run
Nothing leaves your infrastructure unless you decide it does. With the on-premise install the model runs on a machine of yours, inside the company, and the internet connection is optional.

Custom reports, SSO, white label and the hardware for an on-premise install.

Delivery times
No single service exceeds 5 weeks. With several modules, the longest counts in full and the rest at 60%, because they share the backoffice and the infrastructure.

One person responsible
The same engineer from start to finish: whoever runs the Diagnostic is whoever writes the code, and whoever answers afterwards.

AI Act
Every module that interacts with people complies with Article 50 of the AI Act from the start: an AI disclosure, conversation logs and human review.
03 / Before you go ahead
What we get asked before going ahead
The same six questions come up in almost every first meeting. They are answered here so they don't take up yours.
- "Our data ends up in someone's cloud."
- It doesn't have to. The model can run on a machine of yours, inside the company; the internet connection is optional. Prices, customers and drawings never leave the building.
- "The AI will make up answers to our customers."
- The chatbot answers only with what is in your catalogue and your documents. When it doesn't know, it says so and hands over to a person.
- "This is for companies with a data department."
- The Diagnostic starts from what already exists: orders, production, invoices. Spreadsheets are fine. If the data isn't enough for a module, that is what the report says.
- "It will replace people."
- It replaces the work nobody wants to do: copying data between systems, digging through the archive, reading what competitors did on a Monday morning. The decisions stay with whoever makes them today.
- "We pay per use, forever."
- Fixed price per module and a fixed monthly maintenance. With local models there is no cost per question, and no bill that grows because the team used it more.
- "What about the AI Act?"
- Since August 2026 a chatbot has to say it is AI. Our modules comply with Article 50 from the start: a notice to the user, conversation logs and human review.
